We’re sure that you’ll love your My Personal Jewellery - Jewellery Piece however on the rare occasion that it isn’t 100% right just send it back and we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund , exchange or repair (This excludes items made and engraved specifically to your requirements and personalised items.) Just make sure that the product is in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or despatch invoice) and return the unworn item to us within 30 days.

Please allow 10 working days for your return to be processed. If you requested a refund, it will be applied to the original card used to place your order.

SPECIAL ORDERS MADE AND ENGRAVED TO ORDER
Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or custom and personalised engravings. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially engraved to your specifications, items that have been altered or personalised in any way. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
WEDDING BAND ENGRAVINGS
We are unable to exchange ,refund or re-size wedding bands as they are all made and engraved to order to your exact specifications.
ENGRAVED SIGNET RINGS
All of our signet rings are made to order to your exact specifications and size and cannot be returned unless faulty. All rings are engraved ' for show ' and are not engraved in reverse for use as a wax seal (unless specified prior to ordering).
ENGRAVINGS FROM YOUR OWN ARTWORK
Your design will be engraved as specified with no alteration - the final depth of the engraving will depend on the boldness of your design, fine lines and detail will not produce a deep engraving.

We believe that all of our products are of the highest quality and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be honoured by My Personal Jewellery on production of proof of purchase. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.
